The Berkley assisted living in ok Park is a great place. My mother just Pasted away at 100. They treated her like family. She was difficult at times but they did their best to keeper comfortable. She needed special attention and they always were accommodating. They try to entertain the guests and keep them happy. The nurses and the CNA were very nice I want know when they going to cook those pork chops I’m going to buy to plates …….Ma Blonde is so very NICE she is a very good social worker I want to say HELLO to WOUND NURSE she is good what she DO…… GOOD BYE. As a social worker that has spent much of my career moving people out of nursing homes and institutions into smaller, personalized homes, I was pleasantly surprised when my close friend’s medical needs necessitated a move into Berkeley. He resided there for about 9 months, and I visited him often. During that time, I also became his medical power of attorney, and I was impressed with the communication I had with the nurses and social workers. During my frequent visits, I enjoyed and appreciated the interactions the CNAs, nurses, social workers, and administrators had with my friend. They treated him with respect, kindness, and love. As someone who has been in hundreds of nursing facilities, I am grateful that my friend was able to live his final months surrounded by people that loved him and treated him like family.
For the most part, Berkeley N.H. is a decent place to stay. The food is restaurant quality,and the Staff are genuinely caring, learned professionals. I can move to another facility at any time, but having been in 7 other nursing homes in the previous years, I CHOOSE TO STAY HERE.
I am the Director of Dietary and Berkeley has best food and the residents are extremely happy. Please see one of the comments from the residents family member.
