My Mom has been at Benton House Staley Hills for a year and a half and we are very happy to have chosen this facility. She is well cared for, has great friends and the staff is eager to handle any issue we raise. We like the fact that it is a smaller community where my Mom feels right at home.
All of the staff members are incredibly caring and supportive. I couldn't imagine a better situation for Mom. She quickly acclimated to the setting and enjoyed being there. Caregivers were insightful and gently guided us and Mom through hospice. I only wish we had found Benton House sooner.
My dad has lived at Benton House at Staley Hills for over a year. He loves it! They are family. My sisters and I no longer worry about our dad taking his medications. The staff are loving and thoughtful. The food is great. His apartment is always clean. They take excellent care. I would highly recommend Benton House at Staley Hills.
While there were initial administrative and clerical issues, the level of care and compassion exhibited by the staff here is unparalleled. They truly cared about my mom. She has a history of being a difficult patient and their care and attention brought out the best of her as she entered the final leg of her journey. I am thankful we made the choice to bring her here!
