My mother is in Benton Houseand has been a resident almost 3 years now. She LOVES it!! We love it. I call it our extended home. From the staff to all the residents, it feels like home! Maybe I’m biased because I’ve been there so much that the residents will see me outside of Benton House and always be so happy to see me as i am them. My moms care is absolutely incredible!! Every staff member treats her with the utmost dignity and respect! As far as we are concerned, Benton House is the only facility I ever want my mom in. Thank you Benton House.

They ARE REALLY BAD AT MANAGEMENT and Communication , we barely get offs days they want us to work everyday like we don’t got a life ON TOP OF THAT WE Don’t GET A LUNCH BREAK ! I want clock out for 30 mins but they say they work you like a salve and want you doing 10 jobs at once and take care of the residents ! ITS A LOT OF RACISM that goes on in this building they treat the black women bad in here !! THE OWNERS ARE WRONG CAUSE THEY WANT DOUBLE CARE OF THEY MOTHER AND CANT EVEN GET A HOUSEKEEPER THEY WANT THE RA TO DO EVERYTHING
Benton House could not have provided better care during the difficult time of my father-in-law’s passing. The entire staff was beyond kind and caring. They truly love their residents and it shows. My mother-in-law continues to get the best care they can provide. They have been so compassionate with her, looking after her needs after losing her life partner of more than 75 years. They are simply the best.
The ABSOLUTE WORST! Way too expensive for the services they provide. My Mom was super neglected and her room was always messy, I have videos to prove, and they stated they didn’t have enough staff to take care of her. They suggested us hiring a service to come in and take care of her. Disgusting!!!!! My Dad was already paying $6,800+ medications for her to just be there. I can’t count how many times I walked back in her area and the staff were sitting on the couch watching TV. Ultimately, I believe their short no skilled staff aided in her passing away. I beat myself up for not being more vocal about moving her. The ABSOLUTE WORST!!! Save yourself time with your loved ones and some money by not sending them here!!!
My heart always smiles when I enter the doors of Benton House of Raymore. They are always so welcoming and friendly. They know every resident by name and know their preferences! Some residents have been there since they opened! I have never heard a negative thing about this community, which is a rarity these days. You’ll love it there!
