As an employee as well as a resident's granddaughter I couldn't be more thankful for Benton House and all they do! The care team goes above and beyond for not just my Nana, but all of our residents.
I was working for a short period of time due to how this place is ran. Let’s start with the people who are around the residents more than anyone. There is MANY who don’t do there job right and who could care less about anything other than their check. Next let’s move to “ Management”…… yeahhhh that’s a joke 1,000%. Extremely disrespectful and treat others like garbage. I apparently can’t speak on the fact that I was sexually assaulted by a worker and they took his side and in their words I quote “ if you feel so uncomfortable maybe this isn’t the place for you” yeahhhh just a head up I feel awful for the residents who have no voice for themself because management for sure puts up a front to their family’s.
