I have to write something about it now. Where do the bad reviews and claims come from? My mother lives in Benevit Wyhl and feels very comfortable. She is happy to help with the cooking and is guaranteed not to be shown off. The employees treat the residents very lovingly. Keep it up
Something as hypocritical as the Rheinaue Benevit house. How great the residents are to help in the kitchen etc. These are new residents who haven't been there for long and are being demonstrated 🙈🙈🙈 Nothing corresponds to the fact if the residents were honest and said exactly how things really work with little staff and temporary workers who hardly understand anything. Food leaves a lot to be desired but the residents have to pay 4000 euros for it.... That's what is called regular outpatient 😡😡😡😡😡. Mr. Pfister should be ashamed... That's why I won't accommodate my parents there...
Very pleasant and friendly care facility. I wouldn't use the word home. Family atmosphere in the residential groups and very friendly and loving nursing staff. As a visitor you have the feeling of coming into a cozy house. Carpets everywhere, colorful walls and pictures, living room with couch and armchairs and fireplace, just like at home. For me the biggest difference to other houses is that there is no unpleasant smell anywhere.
