There was a warmth and kindness emanating throughout the lodge despite staff shortages. Activities, meals, cleanliness, and due diligence were reassuring.
This is the worst place ever. Five years of pain and anguish from the most deceitful, lying and uncaring people that you are likely to come across. There’s nothing good to say about this place. Stay away if you love your family member. After moving into a new facility we realised what a proper facility should be like.
The facility has very dedicated, friendly and hard working staff.
