Regina is a wonderful and caring place. The residents are able to engage in daily activities and Fridays are usually set aside for musical entertainment. The activity coordinators are wonderful and keep the residents busy. Jessica coordinates many of the activities that my mom takes part in and is wonderful and loved by all. ❤️

My mother and her husband moved to Hastings in 2006 as a nice quiet community in which to enjoy retirement. In 2013, my mother was diagnosed with early onset dementia at only 73 years of age. Her husband researched all of the available memory care options and he determined that Benedictine-Regina would offer all of the services that my mother would ever need through the continuum of care that they offer. It’s a heartbreaking time in a family’s experience when you realize that you can no longer care for your loved one. My mother received loving support and care from every staff interaction – from Nurses and Aides to the Culinary Staff and Hair Stylist – until her passing in 2019. I joined the Benedictine-Regina staff in July 2024 as the Foundation Development Director in memory of my mother, and as a way to personally give back to this Community. I wholeheartedly believe in its Mission, and I'm privileged to work daily with senior care professionals who compassionately live this Mission. I can confidently confirm that Benedictine-Regina is your family's best senior care option in Hastings/Dakota County.

The communication with the staff is outstanding—everyone from the caregivers to the administration is always responsive, attentive, and easy to reach. They provide regular updates and make sure family members are informed of any changes or concerns. The variety of activities and events offered is impressive, with something for every interest. Whether it's exercise classes, arts and crafts, or social events, there’s always something happening to keep residents engaged and active. The facility also goes the extra mile to create a vibrant, social environment with themed events and holiday celebrations. Overall, the information and communication provided to families is transparent and thorough, making it easy to stay connected and involved. The care and attention here are second to none. Working with Laura and her team as an outside vendor was a remarkable experience. They made it easy to set the date for the presentation and they did an amazing job marketing the event. Laura was so welcoming to work with and she went above and beyond keeping the community informed. Highly recommend!
