My grandma lived in the Assisted Living apartment for almost 2 years before moving to a memory care apartment. This community is small and residents have the opportunity to interact in many ways. There are options for multiple activities and they have amazing food! They are remodeling much of the building and will be even nicer common spaces. I am also an employee of the Corporate Support Center for Benedictine Living.

My mother - in - law, Barb, lived in the memory care portion of Steeple Pointe in Osseo, and it was such a blessing! We looked at so many facilities and this was one of the nicest, and had such a homey feel to it. Amy, and Kristel took wonderful care of my mother -in- law, as well as having sincere concern for the rest of our family. Everyone there truly loved Barb and took amazing care of her. The staff is compassionate, caring, resourceful, and timely. I never felt as if I was bothering them with anything, no matter how large the problem. This is a wonderful place to live, and I can't say enough good things about it!
From the first meeting to move in everything has been exceptional! I believe my loved one feels very safe and at home at Benedictine!!!!
My mom moved to Benedictine almost a year ago and I can’t express how nice everyone is. My mom also loves her new home. Thank you to everyone for helping my mom feel comfortable in the her new place.
They can't provide the care my grandma needs so we are having to relocate her after only a month of her being here. Make sure you understand the care they will provide and if it is enough for your needs. They only shower 2 times per week, only do laundry once per week and don't have staff to help on weekends / holidays. They won't bring in additional help if needed for further assistance. My grandma had a UTI and the hospital social worker wasn't able to release her because there was no one in the office all weekend and even on Monday when someone was on-site here they told the hospital no one could help my grandma with her needs so she had to go to short-term housing and now we will need to find a new place for her to live. Very frustrating experience. Hopefully this information helps someone not go through what we did. Do your homework!
