I’ve had the pleasure of working with the staff at Benedictine Senior Living as part of an outside agency, and I can confidently say this is one of the best assisted living facilities I’ve encountered. The care and dedication of the entire team, from the health aides to the kitchen staff, are truly remarkable. The nursing staff is outstanding, with special recognition to LPN Megan and Director of Nursing Todd. Their professionalism and compassion shine through in everything they do. Megan and Todd consistently go above and beyond, ensuring each resident receives personalized, attentive care. They also keep me thoroughly updated on my patients, which makes collaboration seamless and effective. The facility itself is excellent—always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. There’s a genuine sense of community here, with a wide range of activities that keep residents engaged and active. From the minute I got Eric's introductory email and video and found out that Benedictine fit ALL the criteria I was looking for for my family friend, I knew it was our "perfect match". Everything from the tours, the in-person meeting with the lead RN before the move-in, meeting the Chef (his cookies are AMAZING!), liking the apartment....and just the general "feel" you get from the residents and all the staff when you enter the facility is top-notch. We love knowing our loved-one has the EXACT level of care she needs based on her current health condition (they have a tiered level of care options). She started out with a lot of care, but quickly required much less and was taken down immediately (saving us a lot of $ each month)....but if and when she needs it....we can ramp that up without moving facilities and, most importantly, can always keep her care team in place. The peace of mind we get from Benedictine and it's awesome people is PRICELESS. Look no further!
My Mother is currently at Benedictine and settling in. We have never met such nice and gracious people. It is run by people who care about the residents and their families. I'm so grateful that we were able to find this community for my mother. Everyone we have dealt with has bent over backwards to be helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend Benedictine.
Our family could not be happier with our choice of Benedictine Senior Living. We all felt the sense of community during our initial tour and eight months later feel the same way. In every aspect of the daily lives of residents, the staff shows professionalism, competence, patience, concern and caring. I had a great meeting with my colleague Tanya Welch, Housing Administrator at Benedictine Living Community in Anoka the other day. She gave me a tour of the building. The upgrades they've recently made are fantastic. It is so pretty when you walk into the building. All the staff I met were welcoming and cheerful. We ate a tasty lunch from the kitchen. Really good burger and slaw. Some singers had come in to entertain after lunch. As I was getting ready to leave, I got this warm lazy afternoon feeling. Even though it was cold outside, the sun was shining in the big windows, and all the residents were enjoying the music after a good meal. This is a great community!
