I own a Senior Move Management Company. We are helping a client moving into Benchmark Senior Living at Woburn. Lori has been amazing to work with. Her knowledge of the community and senior transitions is phenomenal. Very easy to work with. She makes the process seamless which aligns well with my company since this is our motto as well. Highly recommend this community.

Benchmark offers residents many opportunities to bring joy to their lives. From live music to Happy Hour daily, Bingo is well attended to mention a few. Weekly outings out on the bus from going to restaurants and Market Basket. Recently added is weekly knitting/crocheting group with many attending. Residents thrive here at Benchmark.
My 92 year old mother has been at Benchmark since September 2023. From the very beginning I could tell that she was where she needed to be. All the staff is very nice and caring and they provide their guests many activities that keep them engaged in daily life. My mother loves it and loves the food, I'm so glad she is there and happy and well taken care of. Anyone that has their loved one under Benchmarks care will surely see what I have and will be lucky to be part of it.
The staff at Benchmark Senior Living in Woburn go above and beyond to care for their residents, making sure they are happy, healthy and safe! The food is phenomenal! There is always something for the residents to do as far as activities and outings on both the traditional side and memory care! You could not choose a better place for yourself or a loved one!
My 95 year old mother-in-law has been at Benchmark for two years. It used to be a good place, but the quality of care and food has gone down hill. They are taking in too many non-ambulatory residents and don't have adequate and trained care staff to handle the demand. They have a rather high employee turnover rate which is a glaring red light. Bottom line is that the food and quality of care is sub-standard for the amount of money that residents pay each month. Most importantly, the facility Director has failed to resolve systemic resident complaints.
