Currently both of my parents are residents at Benchmark at Plymouth Crossing, Memory Care unit. First of all, I’m extremely grateful for this facility for accommodating us and offering a room that my parents can cohabitate and live out the rest of their lives together. The Executive Director, Ashley Roberts went way beyond helping us navigate this process and offered me her cell number if I needed to reach out if I had any questions or concerns. This facility is very clean and very nice. We enjoy visiting and they offer other designated areas to have visits other than the memory care unit. The food is also very good. The caregivers are amazing and the level of care is exemplary and they treat the residents with dignity and respect. They also work well as a team. Hands down we made the best decision sending our parents here.

Such a tough decision to move our mom from her home. Mom needed help with so much we could no longer do things and keep her safe. We searched all around and felt this place was the best choice. The workers are kind and caring. Mom was always dressed and clean. The food is outstanding. Activities are engaging and fun. Concert schedule is amazing . They even accommodated a 90th birthday party for her large family. We were so pleased with her care🙂
Found my parents room to be filthy ! They should have a cleaning person in everyday. My mother’s clothing was dirty! Very dirty and hadn’t been washed in awhile . Staff was okay most of them not friendly. Would never recommend Benchmark to anyone who loves their parents.
Best place for a senior stay. Excellent facility most importantly a great and caring staff. Mom loved being a guest in residence for 10 wonderful years. Take a tour, check the place out, and see all of the amazing amenities.
We are looking to move our mom into assisted living. We have toured a few other facilities around Plymouth County and, by far were most impressed with Benchmark at Plymouth Crossings. Michael Lundholm was courteous and very knowledgeable about the facility and the difficult transition it is for families moving their loved ones into senior living. The food was amazing and the staff that we interacted with were professional and kind. It’s clear that the care the residents receive here is second to none. Thanks again for the tour.
