ALL the good things you read about Haverhill Crossing Benchmark are true and then some. Of course mom was apprehensive to move in and leave her home. Meredith Aaron Denise at the front desk Patti on the care staff and dozens of other people have all treated my mother and myself like we’re part of the family. Benchmark is highly recommended in a great place to be! thank all of you to all you do for my mother and myself to make us feel like part of the family. My family and I can not thank the staff at Haverhill Crossing enough for the level of care my mother receives. From the moment we toured the facility, my sister and I knew it was the right fit. The facility is clean and well maintained with a family like atmosphere. The range of activities provides opportunities for socialization, engagement and healthy living. It is comforting to know my beloved mother is living in a safe and supportive environment. Dianne Connolly

While an assisted living placement for my husband ultimately did not work out, if I had to identify the one person that helped me so much in this investigative process it was Meredith Ware, Director of Community Relations at Haverhill Crossings, Haverhill, MA. She provided me with a tremendous amount of information about the facility as well as the general process of finding a placement; which can be a daunting task at best. She was welcoming, readily available, thorough and professional. While I can’t comment on the actual care at Haverhill Crossing, our tour of the facility was excellent and given Meredith’s hands-on approach, I feel confident that she would have handled any adverse situation that inevitably arises with the care of elderly dementia patients, with efficiency, flexibility, dignity, and respect to all concerned.
I could not be happier with the staff and the level of care that Haverhill Crossing provides for mom. The atmosphere that she is in allows her to live her best life. I am comforted knowing that she is kept safe and attended to. It allows me a sense of peace that I otherwise would not have.
