Where do I even begin to express my gratitude for The Belvedere Senior Living community? From the moment my grandmother became a resident, it was clear she was in the most capable and caring hands imaginable. (FYI PRICING IS INCREDIBLE FOR THEIR ROOMS) The level of care she received surpassed any expectation we had. Every member of the nursing staff went above and beyond to ensure her comfort and well-being, treating her with the utmost respect and kindness. And let's talk about the food - it truly deserves its own five-star rating and then some! Every meal was a culinary delight, prepared with care and attention to both flavor and nutrition. My grandmother looked forward to every meal, and I can't blame her! But it's not just the care and the food that make The Belvedere stand out - it's the incredible administration as well. They were always available to answer any questions or address any concerns we had, and they did so with warmth and professionalism. In short, The Belvedere Senior Living community is a true gem. It provided my grandmother with not just a place to live, but a home filled with love, delicious food, and top-notch care. We are forever grateful for the amazing experience she had there.
My aunt was in this place and we got her out as fast as we could. I can't believe the favorable reviews I see here. Even one of the staff pulled me over and told me to get her out. The front desk staff are hostile rude and insulting. They are understaffed, with only one aide available at night for all residents. My aunt waited for TWO hours for someone to get her out of bed. There is no programming , no warmth, no care, no supplies, not even a towel , a washcloth or plastic gloves. I was there and this is the truth. Please don't put your elderly relative here.
The place is filthy there are mice running around in the rooms There is nobody to talk to. Residents being locked in their rooms when they are understaffed.
Great staff. It is a very nice facility. The staff was very friendly and they were always able to get answers for any questions I had. I would definitely recommend belvedere Senior Living to all my friends and family.
