My mother is currently in the assisted living side of Belvedere. I have been very pleased with the facility and she is happy. This place is extremely clean and DOES NOT smell. The rooms are very nice and up to date and have large bathrooms. The director, finance/office manager and director of nursing are all AWESOME!! Any time I have any concerns they listen and the residents love them. They just had the best Thanksgiving meal for the residents and their families and did a great job. All of the staff and management were there and helping set up and serve. The caregivers that I have encountered are so sweet. I honestly am so glad this is a place that we can afford. I toured some other facilities before seeing this one and left them in tears because there was no way I would leave my mom there and then found Belvedere and knew immediately this was the place. My mom has not been depressed once since being there and I can't express the peace of mind that I have when I leave there.

If I could give 100 stars I would. Belvedere commons has been a godsend. Not only do I know my mom is being taken care of. I know that she is safe and in a good environment surrounded by not only great staff but great people. Always great communication even down to the business office. People are wonderful there. Couldn’t be any happier. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone. Thank you Belvedere!!!! ❤️
We’ve been very pleased with our mom’s care at Belvedere Commons. She started out in Assisted Living but transferred to Memory Care as her dementia progressed. The staff is incredibly accessible. They listen and respond. The care givers are caring, loving and patient. We’re thankful we found Belvedere Commons.
Belvedere Commons has been a blessing for my loved one. I couldn’t be any happier about their well-being. The staff maintains good communication and goes the extra mile for the residents. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for my loved one.
My mom was here for a couple of months and it was nothing but problem after problem. We finally moved her out because it was bad. Management will do nothing but lie to you too get your loved ones to move in. They don't care about the people living there. They only care about ripping you off any way they can and stuffing their pockets. They do not check on residents frequently like they say they do. Very few friendly staff members. The ones who are nice get looked down on or fired for doing their job. Assisted living, that's a joke. You have to ask to get assistance. Memory care isn't any better. Let's place them in front of a TV or let them stare off into space. Place smells of pee everywhere. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!
