Very large senior independent living complex pluses are that the colony Senior Center is on campus. Minus is are many as it is in an industrial section and really nothing would be considered walkable. I think this is a big deal as people always feel better when they get outside and walk I'm 64 but I'm not ready for a place like this until I'm 80

Really n I ce place. They had a great annual event honoring all those who have served!
I came to visit one of my homecare patients here and honestly one of the most beautiful buildings ever for seniors! They have a wonderful community of activities. It is a very safe and secure building and you will not be let in unless a person comes down for you or they buzz you in from apartment. It offers 8 dinners a month included in rent along with utilities. Connected to senior services through the county who provide much assistance to our seniors. Transportation can be provided from Colonie transportation for weekly grocery shopping and stuff. I would live here if I could. Rent is not super affordable but also more affordable than many options locally. It seems like a good deal for what is offered. Go check out the beltrone!
My Aunt lives there and is very comfortable there! Very clean facility 😁
I did cable contract work for Beltrone Living Center and worked with the Maintenance Department over the course of the week and met almost every resident here. The maintenance department is extremely commited to their jobs and the residents are all very nice. This is one of the nicest senior communities I have been to. Big shout out to the Maintenance guys. You are all awesome!
