I want to thank the staff at Belltower for the loving care of my father until the end of his life. They were loving and helpful and understanding to all his little particular needs. They deal with the side of life that most of us could not handle on a daily basis. I will never forget them and they will always have a special place in my heart. ❤

My mother-in-law is currently here at BellTower and everytime we talk to her she has had to wait from anywhere between 30min to over an hour before her adult diaper gets changed. And when I call and complain about it their response is ok we will tell her nurse. We have even been there to witness that she has to wait to get her adult diaper changed, and while we were there she had waited over 20 min. And today when we went to go visit her there was no one at the Main desk when you walk in and when we left there still was no one at the Main desk. It seems to me that they are either short staffed or just not caring about the people that are there. There were several lights outside the bedrooms that were lit up when we got there today. I would not recommend sending your loved one here. My Mother-In-Law is already regretting her decision of choosing this facility. She is also supposed to be there for Physical Therapy and as far as we know she has only done Physical Therapy 2-3 times since she has been there. And she has been there about a week! The nurse that is taking care of her is really nice, but this place needs some help or to be shut down until they can do better taking care of the patients that are there.
My mom was placed here after a Hip Replacement for Physical therapy, and was a great experience for her. They were very friendly from admissions to rehab. Met the Executive Director Marty and she was very welcoming and warm. I would not hesitate using Belltower if you have a loved one that needs rehab! Thank you to the entire Belltower team!!!
This place was terrible. My grandmother was left in her own urine for the first 3 days she came here. She developed bed sores from being left in her bed for days and no one was taking care of them. No one comes to answer her call lights when she needs something. There is hardly any staff around when you look to speak to someone. They miss giving her pain meds on time which causes her so much pain. I would never recommend bringing any loved one to this facility.
Our good friend stayed in Bell Tower and received excellent care. The facility was always clean. The staff was caring, attentive to detail, and very easy to communicate with. We were always confident that he was receiving the best care while he was there!
