This place has a mice problem, entry box is always broke which is a safety Hazard and they're a bit racist however Bellmawr it self is a bit racist, the manager is very nasty and seems to have a chemical imbalance, office is barely open, put a slip in for maintenance it's always a run around, and rent goes up every year so I'm trying to figure out how is this a senior living facility?! only pro about the place is the game nights that bring the people out to know your neighbors and enjoy a good laughter

I did have a question about the application. Called twice. Went to the office closed etc.. Called Mon and Tues following. Finally, someone answered the phone and knew nothing about my co-signer question. Lovely woman, though, not her fault. She took a msg and my number. Someone would call me back. No one did. See, I have no family and would never ask friends to co-sign. I had a couple of ideas. Obviously, your community is not in need of residents. That's great.
The hallways are so hot, especially on the second and third floor. Their activity room/ gathering room has been closed multiple times in the past month, which is a shame because then they have to stay in their rooms.
Extremely Rude, and Comfortable Lying! I was walking around the neighborhood on April 27th, 2020 between the time of 1630 and 1700. I cut through your parking lot with my girlfriend and I was smoking a cigarette. A cleaning lady yelled to me from a third floor window and said, “Excuse me! There’s no smoking on the premises.” I responded with a wave and also by saying, “Ok. You got that.” I finished walking through the parking lot, turned left onto Browning Road and was almost immediately surrounded by police officers. I was detained while they ran my identification as was my girlfriend, and the police officer told me they received a call from an employee at your apartment building of two people matching our descriptions, looking through car windows. I am highly upset with that statement and I am extremely offended that your employee lied about us the way she did. Not to mention my embarrassment, having my girlfriend just move in with me. And while showing her around the neighborhood, this happens to us. Our neighbors in the community called the police on us and lied about us. Me and my girlfriend walked straight down the middle of the parking lot and never even came within four feet of any parked vehicles. Also, to think that she would lie like that to the police, forcing them to respond to a false claim while the pandemic is at its absolute worst in Camden County NJ. Right now it is paramount that our police officers are not bothered with ignorance and hate fueled rage from an egotistical cleaning lady.
I live here friendly people but maintenance terrible ..Never clean filters in a.c./ heating so always dust. and on my nebulizer ...I've been asking for a missing screen for over a month ..still none great rent price .Clean laundry rooms hallways ..
