My husband and I have lived here for over a year and are so glad we chose Bellingham. We tend to be homebodies so are not active in the community but the residents we know are sociable and kind. What makes our life special is the staff, wonderful people who listen attentively to our concerns and address them promptly from the top on down.
The Bellingham at West Chester is a great community staffed by very caring and helpful people. I have the pleasure of working with Chris, the Facilities Director, and I can't say enough positive things about him! He is incredibly professional, efficient, and always goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly for our reno projects. Whether it's handling maintenance requests or managing projects, Chris's attention to detail and proactive approach make a huge difference. He's truthful, approachable, and always willing to lend a helping hand. It's clear that Chris genuinely cares about his work and the people he serves. Highly recommend!
Excellent customer service. I don’t do a lot of reviews but I just had to after dealing with Andria. She was attentive and detail oriented and really put us at ease even though it was clear she had a lot going on around her when we interacted. She made us feel like we were her only priority and I really appreciated that.
