Yesterday, I moved my mother into Legacy Ridge at Woodstock. I could never have even imagined a more beautiful transition for my mom. There were welcome signs, a thoughtful gift, card, and best of all, staff members greeting her. From the moment I toured this beautiful facility, until her move in, the transition has been seamless and inviting. Thank you, Lisa, and all the staff at Legacy Ridge of Woodstock!

Terrible organization to do business with. We provided service for the Bellevue Village only to never be paid and given months of runaround. They claim new management quite often and never reply back to calls, emails, invoices. Eventually we sent them to collections and were never paid. If you are a contractor and or provide services or materials for the business I would recommend collecting payment 1st. Beware of these guys.
To start, if you compare the state of the entrance and main living area of the assisted living side to memory care, you will be astounded by the shabby look if it. We were told when we were considering Bellevue that it was going to updated. After the fact, we found that there wasn't any intention of doing that in the foreseeable future. The memory care employees are on their phones 90%of the time while the residents sit and languish in front of the television all day long. Meal times are the only diversions from that. There is no activity director for memory care and they have a low staff/resident ratio which creates some potentially dangerous situations for the residents. The lack of care and caring about this population is heartbreaking. We have moved our loved one out. However, during our time there we encountered two wonderful and caring people that are employed by Bellevue memory care unit and we do appreciate their compassion and respect they have for the people who are in their care. I spoke with management on three occasions...nothing changed, so we moved to a place that has an actual program for dementia/ memory care residents. Don't be fooled by the information on the website. We found very little of the claims they made in regards to memory care to be true.
My grandmother has been at at Legacy Ridge now about 3mos. and my family and I are beyond satisfied with their service! From the initial contact, transitioning in, and to current day. After endless searching, it finally seems we found the perfect place. From my family and I, we send a special thanks to Anjelle and also the Legacy Ridge staff. No doubt about choosing this place!
