Mom was there for five years. Even though there have been changes in ownership/management, Mom received excellent care from a very kind and gracious staff. I believe being there extended her life due to diet management and medicine/healthcare management when needed. Overall a very caring and loving staff.

I visit a friend here often and the residents always look happy and engaged. The building is kept clean and my friend enjoys living there. I love visiting her and the community is beautiful. Very friendly staff.
Terrible organization to do business with. We provided service for the Bellevue Village only to never be paid and given months of runaround. They claim new management quite often and never reply back to calls, emails, invoices. Eventually we sent them to collections and were never paid. If you are a contractor and or provide services or materials for the business I would recommend collecting payment 1st. Beware of these guys.
Sub standard care of vulnerable people in memory care. We moved our family member out about a month ago after being there less than a year. Our initial visit was wonderful with assurances of updates to the facility as well as all the services they provide, but you don't get the whole picture until you are in there. I would challenge a large portion of all that they say they provide on their website. The residents for the most part sit in front of the television literally all day unless there is a meal being served. There are virtually no activities provided for memory care, and a lack of interaction with the residents We were highly disappointed and would not recommend.
Legacy Ridge has had a wonderful impact on my mother in her 5 year residency. The staff has always been attentive, courteous, and provided constant feedback and communication. The residential life includes many activities my mother raves about and she has made many new friends. I cannot recommend Legacy Ridge enough!
