If I could put no stars I would! My mom was there only 5 months. The reason I placed her there was because of Denna (Memory Care Director) After being there a month that Memory Care Director was replaced with someone who cut the daily activities literally in half! Then after my mom only being there 3 months & under contract I was contacted over & over that my moms rate would be going up. A closet door fell off & fell on mom’s head! Her clothing (with her name labeled) was stolen all the time! Then on 8/3/24 they claim she was awake at 3am & at 4am she had passed. NOONE tried any life saving efforts & they waited 40 minutes to called an ambulance!!! There was no DNR!

Being the wellness nurse and now Resident Care Director at Belle Reve has given me the opportunity to work with an amazing team and wonderful residents and their families. It is a wonderful community to be a part of, as a staff member and as a resident.
Just recently placed my 83 year old mother there and they did not honor their price and contract with us. We are paying for a single room and they put a stranger in the room with my mother. The room was a double occupancy room and we were told it was temporary until single room opened up. Without notice they added a stranger to the room with health issues putting my mother at risk. The administrator Halyna made excuses that we are paying for double room but this is not true as per our emails.
If I could give zero I would. What the memory care 'director', Lorraine, (with ZERO qualifications as one) and other 'management' and staff put my father, who has alzheimer's, through, should be made public so that NO ONE ever places their loved one's here ever again. Neglect, lack of medical care/appointments, physical and emotional abuse, LIES, torment, harassment, lack of information, retaliation, hiding things, manipulations and subjecting Alzheimer's patients to BODY SEARCHES BY LOCAL POLICE are just a few things we experienced in the short time my dad was there. This was also directed at me when I dared to question things that were done/not done. Corporate for this facility is no better. They have several other facilities as well, so ALWAYS be mindful and ask for those affiliations before placing your loved one anywhere! Any positive reviews here must be lies or of people who work there. I know several people who have quit working there because of how poor they treat the residents. Also a local doctor had first hand experience with Lorraine, the facility, the lies and hiding things. Don't believe me? Check out Pennsylvania Department of Licensing for Personal Care Facilities and see ALL of the violations that they have against them. They currently are only operating on a provisional license. I've learned the hard way of what to actually look for instead of nice decor -- CHECK THE PENNSYLVANIA DEPARTMENT OF LICENSING FOR FACILITIES AND SEE FOR YOURSELF VIOLATIONS -- IT'S PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE! If you care for your loved one at all, do NOT place them here! These places are ALL over now and we MUST take care to ensure the health and welfare of those placed in these facilities, ESPECIALLY given how many THOUSANDS of dollars they are charging people to be there.
The administrator halina is extremely rude and nasty. The staff are great and all but the people who run the place need to go immediately i.e halina, Jeremy etc
