My mom was a resident at Bella for several weeks after her hospital stay. The nursing staff were great. They were very kind and caring. They answered her call light promptly and were very attentive to her to her privacy. She received great therapy and I can’t say enough about how wonderful the therapy staff were with her. My mom’s room was kept clean and tidy and her meals were served promptly. I give this facility 5 stars!

My mother was transferred to this facility and passed away shortly after arriving. The manager or director of her floor called and said " Your mother was admitted to our rehab facility for a fractured wrist, correct?" My sister said "yes.". He said "She's dead". Who does that? What a horrible way to tell someone their loved one has passed! How much does someone have to pay for a minimal amount of compassion? Bella Healthcare has wonderful caretakers. They should give lessons to the people in charge. My mother and family deserved more than a thoughtless, emotionless phone call.
Was in there care for approximately 2 weeks. I can not say anything negative about the place. The nursing staff is extremely kind and professional. Very clean. Real decent food. I would highly recommend this facility to all. Thank you Bella!
When you enter a facility for the first time and receive a warm, familial welcome, you can be confident that you are in the right place! That is what happened to my family at BELLA! The exceptional team, including the staff, nuturing nurses, attentive nurse's aids, doctors, and compassionate therapist who have provided care for my dear mother have shown her compassion, care, comfort and professionalim, treating her like the queen she is. I would be amiss if I did not mention the administration that took the time to go over the details at admission and acknowledged my concerns. I felt it necessary to express these thoughts because so often this challenging work goes unnoticed. In Appreciation
