Since our family will sooner or later need to be placed in a home, we went to the open day at the senior residence at the weekend. We were able to take a look at the facility at our leisure and got a very positive impression. The house is furnished very tastefully and with attention to detail. The impression of the rooms and bathrooms was very clean and tidy. The staff that you got to know at the festival were also very friendly and accommodating. All in all, we had a very positive impression and will definitely keep the Belia facility in mind.

I know Belia Dortmund through my friend's grandma. As a social worker, I am particularly aware of services for older people - and what I experienced there really impressed me. I happened to witness a care program in which the residents not only sang along to current music, but also did arm and leg movements that were worth seeing. To be honest, I wasn't aware that such activities could still be carried out in such an exciting way at this age. Whoever managed this offer – from a technical point of view, a strong achievement!
I went to the open day with my sister. Great facility and a really great program. I particularly liked the warmth of all the employees. But I already know that from my Belia Residence in Herne - my new home!
The decor is very attractive. Not yet seen in this form in NRW. The entire staff surprised me in a positive and friendly manner. The social service does a great job with a lot of heart, empathy and commitment to the residents. Never experienced it in this form.
I don't understand the rating of "Maja Klatt". As a nurse from this facility, I can say that the statements mentioned are not true! I don't understand what you want to achieve with such statements?! All of our residents are allowed to live a self-determined life! I can't say anything negative about the facility. And no, I was not paid for this review ☺️ This was written by myself.
