My great-aunt stayed here a while ago and it was terrible. She called often about mistreatment, employees ignoring her and her needs, and the lack of sanitation in the building. In addition to that, there was infestation and overall poor cleanliness. Her experience seems to echo that of others in the reviews, which reminded me to leave one on her behalf. I would not recommend his facility.

I was bad patient here They do not care about the patients Sharon is the Don she is one of the most rudest people I’ve ever come across. She hung the phone up on me and got mad because one of my family members were calling on my behalf. I was in the hospital dealing with having a blood clot. So I was unable to speak due to me having to deal with doctors and procedures. She comes off, very aggressive like a man has no respect for the people in the facility or their families. I would not recommend anyone to ever bring a family member said to this facility if you have any love for them.
I would like to first start by saying I am truly impressed with changes that I see at the facility. I had a family there a few years ago that had a horrible experience, however I have them another chance with my another family member and was very happy I did that. They were attentive and made sure I felt comfortable. I would like to thank the director or nursing for keeping the nursing team on their feet and introducing herself to me. I would also like to thank Emani for answering my 101 questions and being so pleasant and understanding with us. The building is old but most of these facilities are. They are doing a great job.
Disgusting, Filthy, The residents rooms full of flying insects.The residents are ignored for hours . Medication either not given or not given on time. The food is terrible according to the residents. The african administrator is the worse that I've ever seen . She and the D.O.N has allowed several gna that has been accused and found guilty of abuse to return to work . (African)There are 2 gna that has been suspended for abuse more that 3 times each , but allowed to return. She has fired every American black, white , hispanic and replace them with a African person. The residents are mistreated because they can't understand the african staff . I pray she is removed for the sake of the residents. Please DO NOT put your love ones in that place .
I had moved my brother to this facility from a hospital stay due to its rating on CMS listing. After going their after my brother was admitted it took me just three days to get him back to his previous nursing home. The place is over crowded (some rooms have 4 residents), everything is painted a dark brown Holes in rooms patched but not painted. Hallways narrow and dimly lit. Never have a love one transferred to a facility without first going and inspecting
