Very awful place. They don’t care about their residents or helping the workers so they know what they’re doing. Loved my first boss but they were being ugly and accused her of stealing drugs which is not true and they allowed me to pass medicine knowing I had no training because of Covid. Niki is a really mean person I was sick and called but no one answered so I showed up and she told me I can still work and I have lupus and autoimmune disease so I needed one more day. She obviously didn’t care about the residents getting sick. I went to work the next day and there were only two staff one was taking a cigarette break every 5 min and the other didn’t say anything and I didn’t know what to do and called Niki and only had two hours left and told her I’m really overwhelmed and don’t feel good and asked to talk about it the next day and she scoffed at me and said well you were supposed to come in yesterday and didn’t and I cut her off and let her know how sick I was and that I still came and that I’m not getting any help and I quit because she did not have to have an attitude and make me feel bad. Definitely don’t recommend I’ve seen workers make videos on their phone posting things and neglecting the residents. Worst place ever

Be very careful, cautious and wary of these people. My dad got COVID and the staff at Beehive refused to care for him. He was lying in his bed with excrement and they left the tray of food in his room. Evidently the entire staff was scared to death of getting COVID and treated him like he had the plague. It took my sister to complain about these atrocious conditions before they did anything about it. My sister wrote a formal complaint to the State of Montana and this place will be thoroughly investigated by the proper state agencies. It might be great on the surface, but watch out if there are problems. I wonder if this is a common practice for the business.
My mom has been a resident at BeeHive, Pine Tree for a year now. I have found the staff is caring and very helpful to her individual needs. So thankful for all they have done to make her feel at home. The home is very clean, meals are good, and best of all mom feels safe in her surroundings. A special thanks to Dani, the Team Leader, she keeps me informed of any changes or extra needs that mom may have. Would 100% recommend BeeHive Homes!
This place is highly understaffed and have a high turnover rate. Their current employees are overworked and expected to cover shifts that they were never scheduled to work. The manager, Melanie Dixon, at houses Clover and Sage is rude and very difficult to work with. She doesn't care about anyone but herself and has no regard for doctors notes leaving detailed restrictions. My personal experience working here was awful while under her management. I was 6 weeks pregnant, when one day I was bleeding heavily. Went to the doctor and found out that I had a subchorionic hemorrhage. Doctors put me on restrictions because they were very optimistic that I would be able to carry this baby. But Melanie completely disregarded my doctor's strict restrictions and forced me to work a night shift by myself and refused to find anyone to cover my shift. She, herself, didn't want to cover my shift because she didn't want to "deal" with everyone the next morning. I worked that night, had to help a lady up out of bed, which went well over my 15lbs restriction limit and I miscarried my child. When I told her of this, she had nothing to say. No remorse, no I'm sorry, nothing to help with my loss. The residents are amazing people and I loved working with them. And all my other co-workers were lovely, but Melanie Dixon should NOT be allowed to be a manager or have any high authority position. She is incapable. Her home life is terrible and she brings it to work with her and releases her frustrations out on her co-workers. Beehive needs to do better background checks and they need to review & evaluate their managers more frequently.
5 stars all the way!! This has been home for my sweet great aunt for a little over a year now and I can peacefully know when I go back home after our visit she is being well taken care of and up to date on her medicine. The nurses are so kind and caring and so is all the other staff as well. I’ve gained so much trust with Zach especially, he is so genuine with the care he shows my aunt and I’m extremely grateful for everything they’ve all done for her. 10/10 Recommend!
