If I could give this place -10,000 stars I would! My stepdad just got fired from working here because of a person that lives here at beehive home and reported false accusations about my stepfather. Honestly, I believe this place to be incredibly racist. Some 40 something guy in a wheelchair reported lies to the manager about my stepfather (who is from South America). Not sure about what the guy in the wheelchair said but I know it is lies. My mom’s husband had came home and the guy in the wheelchair physically abused him. He had rolled over his foot with his wheelchair and scratched him on his arms. VERY ABUSIVE. The manager who is a woman should get fired because she sucks at her job. Horrible horrible management and doesn’t do anything. This place is garbage and don’t bring your family here.

This place is a JOKE! I don't even know where to begin. How about they didn't help my mom for LONG periods of time to go to the bathroom. The lack of communication with staff and management is HORRIBLE. The area they put my mom was FILTHY. I know this is a hard job and think highly for those who do this line of work. However, this place is is not where you want your loved one to be. Even if its the last room available. The service you get for the price is not worth it.
My father entered Beehive Homes with dementia and sore feet. Six weeks later he was dead. The administration allowed my brothers to manipulate and then dictate life saving medication. The administrator didn’t answer my question in regards to his unexpected death and then blocked me from calling again; I had only called her one time I thought that was cruel and unnecessary. They failed to protect my father. From where I stand, it seems like the only concern they have is covering their mistake. I strongly suggest that you don’t leave your loved ones in their care.
Beehive Homes took care of my cousin during the last 18 months of her life. She enjoyed living there and Carrie and all of her staff provided great care for her. I would definitely recommend this place for your loved one.
PLEASE SHARE THIS! This is my personal experience with this facility.... The most upsetting, disappointing, and disheartening experience I have EVER HAD! My father was there for 4 days and they only fed him crackers throughout his stay! They say he refused to eat however, they did NOT call to notify us or even look for a solution! So he just starved! Not to mention they continued to give him his medications without real food in his system. It's complete negligence! Their LACK OF care, attention to the client, and proactivity is simply unprofessional and UNACCEPTABLE! They also didn't bathe him (though they claimed to have showered him ONLY on the morning we picked him up). In bringing him home, it was obvious he had not bathed in days. My poor father sighed of relief as I showered him upon returning home. He is now definitely dehydrated and extremely weak. My father WALKED into the facility on Tuesday morning, and today as I picked him up, I practically had to CARRY HIM TO THE CAR because of how weak he was. If you have ANY FAITH IN HUMANITY, SHARE THIS & DON'T GO to Beehive Homes - it will only rob you of such and create more heartache and frustration than already comes with having to be a caregiver of a loved one. In addition, they don't seem to keep the AC on, as when I arrived, they simply had all the doors and windows open. This just demonstrates lack of professionalism and gives the impression that the facility is more worried about saving a few dollars rather than caring for their patients. I asked to speak with the manager, and when I spoke with her she said she'd deliver feedback to her staff during her staff meeting NEXT WEDNESDAY?!!! This type of feedback is something that needs to be delivered IMMEDIATELY! I was very respectful as I delivered my feedback to her, but was very direct to say that the entire experience was completely unacceptable and needed to be corrected immediately. She didn't apologize and didn't empathize with the situation, just simply said she'd talk to the staff. My experience with the manager is a direct reflection of why the facility is so unprofessional and in my opinion, a completely failure! PLEASE SHARE THIS! SAVE SOMEONE'S LOVED ONE FROM the Beehive Homes of AF.
