Bedrock at Home is a great company. The clients are very well taking care off by staff rather it’s long term care or short term care. I made a wonderful choice switching agencies and settling with Bedrock at Home. All around communication is great between members in the office, staff, client and their family. Working for Bedrock at Home has made it easy and settling for me.
They provided aides quickly when no other agency could. Jessie was one in a million. Couldn't do enough for us. They met the days I needed. Only down side is must take 4 hours a day 5 days a week. We probably could have done with fewer hours a day . But Worth the extra time to have competent aides.
Spring Hills Home Health Care has been a wonderful addition to my Dad's current level of care. He is 92 and was in need of some additional help each day, with just some simple tasks. We got lucky. Spring Hills was able to provide consistent, reliable friendly individuals. If there were issues with the caregivers attendance, they addressed the issue right away and provided a solution. Having the additional help for our Dad made us, his children, rest a bit easier knowing he was well taken care of.
My grandfather has been suffering from bone cancel and has been declining drastically within the last 6 months. Since we have hired a caregiver to come in for 8 hours a day, he has been doing so much better! They have been helping him cook meals, laundry, cleaning around the apt, and just having a companion so he is not lonely. I wish we would have heard about Spring Hills sooner, but I’m glad they’re helping my grandfather now!
