I have always been very apprehensive about adult care centers. After spending time with my 94-year-old mother at Beckley healthcare Center. I have been more impressed with the staff than I can exaggerate. I watched the way they treat all their patients and the way they come over and interact with myself and my family while visiting with my mom The staff, show full devotion to their patients and their families. We love the attention they deliver to our lovely mother. The facility is very clean. My mother is bathed, and put together very well every day. The current staff is constant and their continued care that has reached every expectation, I personally could ask for. My sisters and brother is here every day visiting with our mother. They don’t come at the same time due to their work schedule.. However, every time they are here the same devotion surrounds our mother and our family. I would highly recommend this center! Beautiful, kind & caring facility!

Wonderful Facility!!!!!! My mother-in-law is 85 years and has had health issues for many years. We have experienced 3 nursing homes so far. This has been the only one worth taking the time to say good things about. My mother-in-law is always clean, fed and happy. She told us, "They are good to me here.". This may not seem like a big deal but this spunky lady is very picky. After reading some of the other reviews, I was nervous because there were a lot of bad ones. Please do not let those bad reviews sway you. I would recommend this facility to my closest family, no problem. This may sound strange but most nursing homes have a terrible smell. This one smells wonderful. Thank you Beckley Healthcare for taking such good care of my Mother-in-law. We really appreciate you all!!!
This nursing home has changed its name a few times. They are filthy. Mold lose toilets and sinks. Being a nurse I observed my husbands stay and went by my nursing medical scope!. I talked to other residents who were actually very upset. My husband and his roommate Larry Hendrick shared a bathroom with two other women. They are responsible for taking my husbands life. He was dying from cancer but had over 6 months to live. They drugged him as well as other patients. And he'd fall and eventually he'd end up in the ER saving his life. They caused him to lose the last chance he had for chemo!. They would drug him and to the ER he'd go!, and he lost his only hope to live. They took it away. Oklahoma took his only chance for surgery!. Gross negligence is serious. Medical malpractice. This happened over 4 times. The last time three weeks ago?, he was rushed to Charleston CAMC hospital where he died being put to sleep. Yes. They helped murder my husband. I warned them he was already a victim of attempted murder. I have a few people who told me stuff and serious too. The nurses Vape and a patient got three hits and ended up in ER as he couldnt breath. Yes!, I seen them vaping. My husband ,friend of four he made ,died just before my husband. They are drugging the patients and killing them. No compassion. Rude and nasty to the residents, as they call them. They wanted me to stop all ER and let them end my husbands life!!?. Yes they asked me. This facility is nasty. My husband caught a staff infection and cov and cov a few times. He died with it too. But not because of it. He was already amuned. They cleaned up my husbands clothing and belongings?, and I'm talking a thief!. Stold a anifurry blanket and 8 pairs of hane sweat pants a pair of slippers an I phone charger. And I still haven't gone thru his themo shirts and underware. This hospital will soon be involved in a case stemmed from Oklahoma. This is not a good place to stay.
This place is a horror house. They can't keep staff. They virtually have no housekeeping staff. Go in at night & hear all the patients crying for help. Yes some of that is Sundowners but my God what the patients go through is horrifying in itself. This place should be shut down & the owners fined for lack of help & negligence.
If I could go lower I would, they allowed my 67 year old Father in Law to be deemed competent, when he is CLEARLY NOT! His Dr. even said he doesn’t know how that happened. When we got the referral for him to go back the woman at admissions today was BEYOND RUDE. Inconsiderate and disrespectful, I want to know how the hell she has this job , how can you deny a man with his Dr referral and you have the AUDACITY to say well someone thought he was , stay tuned for our attorney!
