My wife told the following rather shocking story about her experience with DA druggist In Bergambacht. I wanted to have passport photos taken to renew my driver's license. I was kindly asked to go to the room where the passport photos were taken. The owner asked me what the passport photos were needed for, I said I needed them for my driver's license. The owner said that his DA drugstore is authorized by the RDW to apply for the driver's license, and that he will process my application at the RDW. I told them that I already had an appointment with the Municipality of Stolwijk to apply for my driver's license and that I only need the passport photos. The owner tried to persuade me quite forcefully and since I did not want to respond, he got angry and said “that so far I am the only one who refuses his services and everyone lets him do it”!! I thought he was very forceful, very rude and treated me very annoyingly!!

Friendly owner/manager, staff who helped us at the perfumery didn't know what she was talking about. Her response was that our day was not for smelling perfume. While it is indicated that I don't like everything, I don't like heavy scents, and I'm looking for something similar.... that you then come up with scents that you have never smelled yourself and then say it's not your day. Made us decide to leave. I often came here to get my perfume, but I went to another store.
