My wife was admitted to Bear Mountain for short term Rehab for a broken ankle after surgery. The 1st and only night she was there, she needed to go to the bathroom. She pressed the nurse call button many times to no help or response. She had to pee in the bed cause she was unable to walk. Her bed was soaked and her urine even went down her leg and into her ankle boot and bandage covering her broken ankle. She repeated to press the call button to no avail. She used her own clothes to attempt to dry up her urine. She sat in her wet clothes all frigging night. She called me frantically and so I picked her up at 7am. So much for her rehab at Hell Mountain. I would not recommend it at all.

I’m at Bear Mountain Rehab facility and all I can say is I’m so BLESSED to be working with my PT team that consist of Karen, Julie and Morgan. Shortly I believe I’ll be working with Lindsay. My team is absolutely amazing. They know what they’re doing. They have compassion and the actually care about you. I look forward to working with the beautiful souls. I believe God led me this way. Because I feel I will get stronger and finally go home to my family after almost 6 months of going through a lot of stuff stage 3 uterine cancer and so many more health problems I’ve encountered. I’m a very strong and spiritual what has a strong faith that has guided through so much strength that I never realized I actually had. God Bless these young ladies and all the wonderful aids and nurses that work with me. They’re all on this journey with me together. Thank you to you all! 🙏
I’ve spent almost 3 weeks in rehab at this place. I have to say my favorite nurses were Michael M., Victoria, and Clark. These 3 are truly the A-team at the (Concord section). The aides were very friendly and try to be helpful whenever possible. One drawback was their foods, unfortunately. I’m a diabetic and they gave me some sugary foods 🤦🏻🤷🏻♂️ but overall, I would go back there IF I ever needed to be in rehab. Thank you 😊
I spent approximately 5 weeks at Bear Mountain Sudbury. I came from a long term hospital stay, so I was ready in mind , but not in body to go home. I didn’t have high expectations, mainly because been in similar re-habs before and I was never terribly impressed. To my complete surprise from the top ( the administrator) down to the lovely people who kept the rooms clean, it was a wonderful experience. The nursing, physical and occupational therapist were exceptional. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of competent health care. Thank you Bear Mountain you gave me a great shot of staying home for good. S. Miller
A week ago, I had to find a nursing home for my wife. After contacting a dozen facilities I was fortunate to reach out to Michelle at Bear Mountain Nursing Home in Sudbury. All my frustration began to fade away as Michelle, with utmost patience and kindness, explained to me what I needed to know about this place. The following day, I was delighted to move my wife to Bear Mountain, where my wife is in a nice surrounding and getting the best care from a dedicated staff. Now, not only I am happy and at peace for seeing my wife cared for in the best place for her, I am also grateful to Bear Mountain for helping me with the fairest rate while I have privately to pay for the cost. The courtesy and good services touched me whenever I met the CEO Jim or the nursing and housekeeping staff.
