I did not have a good experience. Extremely unorganized and a lot of miscommunication. The worst part was payroll. There is a woman name Amy who is unpleasant, rude, sarcastic, aggressive, and insensitive. If you ever come across her over the phone, or in person good luck and have patience.
Keystone is a great agency to do a Lifesharing program thru!! They have wonderful staff that truly care about their individuals and also about the providers!! I highly recommend them!
I was overwhelmed by how caring they are when concerning the residential properties they care for. Excellent.
