I enjoy working for Beacon Specialized Living for many different reasons. One reason would be the support that comes with every team member and how everyone makes sure that everyone is included in all the different activities. Another reason would be how everyone reaches out to make a difference in all the client's lives, like making sure that they're giving the best support possible. I enjoy seeing the impact I leave on my client's lives and how much has changed within them. I also think it makes a HUGE difference with how much training Beacon has to offer, including all the videos and even in-person training. Personally, in-person training helped me a lot just because I could see how to perform certain acts of safety and I could also meet new people that are working for Beacon as well. With the continual growth with Beacon Specialized Living, I truly believe that we are one big team, and we should do as much as we can to continue to strive forward and provide all the care for OUR clients and even team members! Since I've been part of Beacon, it has transformed me, my individuals, my coworkers and my workplace. I love spending time with my residents. It really makes me smile, and fills my love tank, when I come into work and their whole moods change. They are happy that im there for them. And it also makes me value my job at beacon to know that my residents feel safe to talk to me and just letting them vent.
