Thank you one and all for all that you do! I so appreciate the care that everyone gives to my Mother and to all of the patients at your wonderful facility. The new Company has made good improvements to the food that they serve and I do like the new way to sign in and out. The entry way looks great, much more open, inviting and bright without the dark curtains. I see improvements in little things, the paper towel dispensers, the new dining arrangements, the ice machine and condiment section in the dining room. There are more improvements to be made but I am certain that they are in the works and am looking forward to seeing them. Just want to mention that laundry service needs work and I look forward to when they remove the rug on the 3rd floor.

Unfortunately, my uncle needs to be here to recover from being hit by a bus. FORTUNATELY, he has nurses like Jamie and Steph! They are super kind, attentive and helpful. The rest of the staff is great, too!
Hello ! After Visiting my Friend @ Beacon Brook , who has been a Resident for Several Yrs. & Also loosing my Husband while being there 12 years ago .. Find the Facility moving in the “Right Direction” as far as Cleanliness ,Computer Updates & Staffing ,due to the change in Ownership ! About Time !! Hopefully it will continue in a World of Cutbacks & Downsizing due to Economic Measures ! Kudos to the New Owners & Staff 😊
The new company is better than the old company. They still need a lot more dining room chairs and another couch in the TV lounge upstairs. Visitors and residents don't have enough chairs. . The old carpeting upstairs is gross and it needs to go. It's decades old. They have new people who are helpful and nice. It would be nice to see more pet therapy programs and more night time activities. Also, they don't have enough soda for the residents and sometimes no juice either. They say we ran out.. That is not acceptable. Residents should always have a variety of refreshments available just like they were in their own home and to say No we don't have it is very frustrating and since this is a for profit facility the Management does have the money to buy a few bottles of refreshments for senior citizens. That is the reason for 3 stars and not enough chairs/ couches..thanks
My mom has been at Beacon Brook for a few months now. Im pleased with the care shes getting. Good place. Mom likes it there too. Only complaint would be the food. Besides mom, I've heard other complaints from families and residents. Toast not toasted well, food not cooked well. But overall place is doing a great job. Hard workers and caring. Thank you
