I would give this place a -5 if I could. I visited my friend today; Monday Jan 27, 2025, around 11:45 a m. Had to use an elevator key which was ok, however the elevator walls and floor were so dirty. There were three employees talking by the desk on the third floor. As I was walking towards my friends room, I heard someone yelling. It was my friend. I walked in and she was crying cause she said she was waiting for someone for around two hours to come help clean her up. She was laying in her pee and feces, and was in pain from her bottom being raw. I found someone in the hall and brought him into her room so she could ask for him to get someone to help her. About fifteen minutes later a male came in to ask if she wanted a shower. I guess he was an aid. I left when he came into her room. Her breakfast tray with dirty dishes were still in her room at noon. It is really disappointing to see a home for the elderly so disgustingly dirty, and for the nurses and aids to ignore the patients that can't get out of their beds is really sad. I'm really surprised I didn't notice cockroaches. I pray that my friends family can find another nursing home soon for her. She doesn't deserve this treatment. The elderly should never have to live their final days in a place that doesn't care about them. I pray someone looks into this and cleans it up! ๐๐๐๐

I can't believe how disgusting this place is! From the front door throughout this two-story facility the dirt and grime is incredible. I took pictures of overflowing trash cans and dirty carpet. The glass doors from the front entrance throughout the facility have such a heavy dirt film you can barely see through them. I can't believe the State hasn't shut this place down!
Do NOT send your loved ones here. They almost killed my mother. When I arrived to visit she was confused, almost unresponsive and had labored breathing. After I told the nurse she said, โnow that you mention it, I guess I have noticed a change in your motherโ. My mother ended up having a severe bladder infection with kidney damage which required surgery. The staff does not care about the residents. Itโs disgusting the treatment the elderly receive here. I hope this place gets shut down. I reported them to the state.
Wors't place to send your loved ones i've been calling them As i'm in Dubai to speak with my auntie they never transfer the call or let me speak to her and when i asked my friend to go and see how she is he told me she is in bad condition they aren't taking care of her i'm writing this from Dubai if someone is reading my review please do not send your loved ones here , it's 27 feb 2025.
Spent a total of five hours convalescing here before bugging out after a femur repair @ UH Ahuja. Room still smelled of the expired resident that passed earlier in the day, with some of her possessions still left in the room when I was moved in. Worn fleck board furniture without a sitting chair that would support my 260# weight. Broken TV. Felt like the ancient converted Travelodge Motel it was
