Beachside is the BEST of the best! Their facility, staff, and most especially admissions, are top notch! They’ve helped us every step of the way! Everyone is incredibly warm, compassionate, and attentive. We are so thankful to have found such a wonderful place for our mom. Having her in their care is very comforting! We feel confident that she’s in great hands! They go above and beyond to ensure residents (and their families) feel comfortable, engaged, and valued. The activities are thoughtfully planned and tailored to different interests, helping residents stay active and social. The facility itself is very welcoming. Communication is excellent—they keep us well-informed and are always responsive to questions or concerns. Truly a wonderful, kindhearted community! Thank you Beachside, Marlene and Kirsten! You are phenomenal and we are beyond grateful!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have had a wonderful experience with Beachside Oceans Rehabilitation Center. The administration team was exceptional—organized, caring, and always available to answer our questions, thank you Kirstin & Marlena! Every conversation they made us feel supported and at ease, helping us throughout all the steps. They communicated clearly and consistently, which gave us real peace of mind while our parent is in their care. Highly recommend to any family looking for a trustworthy and compassionate rehab center for their loved one.
Sadly, I have to leave a really bad review with this place and I wish I didn’t have to. When I first tried to come there, I was told through text that if I were to come, I could have my own room for a week. Then when I got there, I asked for a tour before I paid any money. I was given a tour. I was told that one of the executive suites was my room. Never my room for a few days or I was gonna have to move or anything like that. So I went ahead and signed and paid. Three days later admissions comes to my room and tells me that I have to move down the hallway and have a roommate in one of their smaller rooms. I was extremely upset because the hallway has men and women in the rooms….being a victim of sexual assault, I have a bad fear of Men coming into my room, so the whole idea of it terrified me. Vanessa from admissions, tried to argue with me, basically downplay my fear, even though it is in all of my medical records, which further messed with my mental state and caused me extreme anxiety and fear for my safety. After Vanessa went and got my phone and went through it without me present, she came back and had an excuse as to why I couldn’t have the room now. She told me it was probably best that I just left. The whole thing was very traumatizing. Basically, in my opinion, they over sold the place and had no concern for my fear until I almost had to leave. I was scared for my safety, finally they offered me a room by myself. But then a few days later told me I was going to have a roommate or I could move to the housing off from the clinic. My fear of having someone come in and out of my room with men in the hallway was too much for me. Then I was told I could go to the housing away from the clinic. I went there, that was fine, but the whole ordeal was very stressful having to move three times in such a short amount of time and being misled. I unfortunately had an extreme family emergency. I had to leave two days early. I asked if I could still have a completion since I was almost done with the two week program that I had signed on for. After talking to Molly and Nicohle I was denied being able to come back to complete my two days. They weren’t willing to give me my money back for my two days. The only way I could come back is if I paid for another week basically. They clearly are all about the dollar.I Was willing to do whatever I needed to do to get my completion and follow up with a IOP program that they were supposed to help me with. I texted and called for days trying to get an answer. Despite my efforts they weren’t willing to meet me in the middle. It’s very unfair and very disheartening. I was supposed to be able to go here and heal, and I feel more traumatized than anything. I would be very cautious of this place. They’re obviously more concerned about money than they are their patients. So I definitely say Buyer beware.
My husband, Michael Kane, spent 49 days at Beachside, receiving daily IV Antibiotics for his acute Sepis infection, and 6-days-a-week P.T. and O.T. for his depleted physical condition from the body-wide infection. We felt his nursing and physical/occupational therapy care there was consistently excellent - so importantly both competent and caring. We found all the staff there, from Reception to the management and medical professionals, including the Nursing Aides, to be courteous and hard-working with very few exceptions to that experience. We heartily thank Beachside and offer our appreciation and four stars to that care. On the other hand, we give two stars to the owners' indifference to the food quality, which needs serious improvement, and to their inattention to the tired furnishings in the public spaces including the central Courtyard, which could easily be a well-maintained, restful place for both residents and staff, but is, instead, a neglected, uncomfortable experience. friendly and competent
Some of the staff members were great. However, they were few and far between . Leadership needs a lot of work. It's never a good idea to allow housekeeping staff, to hand patients gloves and rags to clean up a accidental mess. Allowing a patient to go 12 days without Dr ordered night oxygen, could end badly. As someone who retired from a Rehabilitation Center, I found Beachside Rehabilitation to be shameful..... Please think twice before putting your love one in this facility.
