What a great place to stay. We rented a modern mobile home in Bayside Gardens for 5 months after we sold our home in Sydney and moved to the Central Coast to build a new home. Beautiful garden setting , peaceful and quiet ideal while we were waiting for our new home to be built. A lovely family owns & manages the village, The mobile home was modern and spotlessly clean, the grounds and gardens and facilities were great. The husband and wife managers were super friendly and couldn't do enough to help us. We enjoyed our stay and started to feel we were on holidays. It allowed us to relax and feel happy and contented staying in such a lovely place while coping with the stressful process of building a new home.
I moved into the park nearly 6 years ago with my partner. During that time I have found the lifestyle very much to my liking. The management is friendly and accommodating. There is a quick stop servo with groceries and takeaways across the road and a tavern next to that. Love living here and do not want to go anywhere else.
We have lived here for the past 5 1/2 years and are very happy. We had a new home built by Colles Homes and it is overlooking the grassed / community area. The park is owned and managed by a couple with a young family. They have always been very friendly and helpful and Jamie ( the owner) often jokes that it is a “lifestyle park, not a retirement village!” because it is a very relaxed lifestyle. A short 15 mins drive to the local shopping centre and buses run from the main road nearby.
Warren BLAIR A beautiful place to live. My wife and I have lived here for over 5 years after looking at villages from Wollongong to the Queensland border. The park owners ( a family company) are friendly and helpful. Our home was designed and built by Colles Homes another family company. Our home overlooks a great park and with very peaceful view with various wildlife. We wouldn’t live anywhere else.
