This is a fantastic place to move your family into! The staff there are kind and very quick to answer call lights. They have amazing supervisors who are there most of the day and help oversee medications. The management goes above and beyond to make patients feel at home and make the move in easy. Plus it’s beautiful inside and they have unique/fun activities done by their activity director. They celebrate every holiday and decorate in super festive ways. Highly recommend this facility

Would not recommend this place for a loved one or a job. ! . No communication among staff very very short staff leaving two people to run the facility at night. Memory care is not checked on With only one worker for the whole unit. I could go on and on about the things that I’ve seen!!! But seems they’re too worried about empty trash cans versus resident Care.
Hi I just would like to say that Bay City comfort care Is a very nice and cozy place where My friend stays. the staff was very friendly& the place is very beautiful and clean It’s giving home sweet home vibes😊 I highly recommend this to anybody
