The apartments are a good size with basic amenities. However, the electric outlets were installed upside down, and only a couple of them work. When the maintenance and property manager was informed, nothing was done. To this day, only a couple of outlets work in that specific apartment. The laundry facilities consist of older, worn-out washing machines and dryers. Although the dryers seem to work properly, the washing machines are small, and the water is only half wrung out of the clothes, causing the dryer to work harder and longer. They are not energy efficient. The tenants must purchase tokens to use the machines that are overpriced. The building needs some major maintenance and updating.

I feel so blessed to live here. The staff are easy to talk to, and take time to make sure we are all safe. I really love it here. Never have I lived in such a clean place, and if something needs fixed they are on it. The staff go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. Thank you Baughman tower staff and Baughman tower owners for such a wonderful place to call home. The views here are also beautiful. I feel so blessed...
Employees are very helpful and considerate. They check on residents that are sick. They keep all areas clean and neat. Anything that needs fixed maintenance is there to take care of it and it's a nice place to live. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.
Very clean and the staff was very knowledgable. I hope to move in soon .... this could be a place where I feel at home for hopefully a longtime to come.
This place is always so nice and clean and the employees are helpful in many ways. Melissa is great!
