I have a close friend who has been living here 1 1/2 years. The staff was very helpful to move her in during covid when we could not enter. They put her pictures on the wall and even found a donated TV for her room. Though the food was not as healthy as she had hoped, she said it has improved since she moved in. She has enjoyed the variety of activities and the outings they have.

Batavia Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is a great place for your loved ones to receive quality care. Great customer service. The staff goes beyond the minimum requirements to serve their residents. The administrator Felipe Martinez is extremely professional and you can tell he really cares about the residents and their families. Highly recommend!
I recommend this facility to anyone in the area who has an aging loved one in need of care. Everyone is kind and courteous. The staff is super professional and attentive to the needs of the clients. Everyone is treated like family and we appreciate that for our aunt.
Mom has been in the Assisted Living section of the community for a short time now, and things seems to be going really well for her. The food is so good she doesn’t think she’ll be losing any weight and the staff are great! I’d recommend
My experience here has been nothing short of amazing! The nurses are always helpful and the CNA’s are so caring. Amazing staff!
