My sister is staying in Dogwood since last Thursday. I am here from out of town to visit her because she's very ill. I must say the place is very clean, the staff are wonderful. Every single one that I have met has been patient and you know that they really care for their patients. That said, the food could be a little better but overall I would definitely recommend Bartley to friends and family
I had the opportunity to be a guest at Bartley Health Care in Jackson, NJ when transitioning after a recent hospitalization and I can say undoubtedly they care about their residents like family. Physical therapy here is very good. Kindness is shown to all patients. In a short time I see improvement in my husband. Patient relations does a wonderful job staying in touch with patients and families and answering their needs.
My sister Diane was at Bartley for almost 2 months. She is mentally handicapped and after being in the hospital for 8 days and not walking there, she needed intensive therapy to get back to walking so she could come home. The entire staff of Aspen Wing, the Therapy department and the Activities department were fabulous, professional and so alert to her needs. They all went above and beyond to make her comfortable. . She has told me she misses all the friends she made there! Snoopy was her favorite! Thank you for taking care of her!
