My mom is very happy at The Barclay House of Tarboro! The staff is very kind and caring; the food is gourmet, and it is a very safe environment. 😊
I’ve had a wonderful first week at The Jane! The staff are so warm and friendly. The tenure of the staff is unbelievable and they truly make this a special place to be. I can see why the residents love them so much. What a beautiful, loving community!!!
My father-in-law spent his last couple years at The Jane, the staff is absolutely amazing. He was suffering from dementia and they were so patient and understanding with him. His surroundings were always tidy and he was always well groomed. My wife and I are so happy we chose The Jane, we highly recommend their facilities.
The Jane seemed like a dream place to transition my mom from her home of 35+ years. The atmosphere is friendly, cozy and inviting. My mom's transition has been difficult; exacerbated by her transition of meds. It in fact has been incredibly stressful. If you are placing your loved one at The Jane, my advice to you is to get a very clear, concise plan of action/instructions in writing. One week later, her meds are still not being administered. Incredibly frustrating indeed...
