As a visitor you can simply eat here. Very friendly service. The courtyard is quiet and green. Reasonable prices.
This week it was liberation day again, May 5, 2019. My girlfriend, she lives in the Pijp, told me that there was a performance in the former Amstelhuis, a Big Band. It turned out to be a small Big Band that played cozy dixieland, the CDs were on the bar. We had our dancing shoes on, too bad they didn't make a dance floor.
Had a drink here. Nice and warm, top service and nice background music.
