My Mum became a resident at WattleGrove Community towards the end of 2024. I have been impressed by the standard of care, communication and attention to detail. We were warmly welcomed by Jill and the admin team. The medical team were quick to identify themselves and have continued to inform me of Mums daily health challenges on a regular basis. A big shout out to Rosita and Deepa who organize the daily activities- in which all of the residents are encouraged to participate. The family members of residents have been very friendly and kind to Mum also. The environment is kept clean, the common areas and outdoor areas are bright and inviting. I encourage you to take a tour if you are facing the difficult task of placing your loved one into care

A very well set up community looking after the people who need it mist
Very very rude staff. Patient was in extreme pain, and they didn’t even help, just stood there staring. Do not recommend sending your sick loved ones here.
The staff at baptcare are amazing they looked after our dad and mum up until the end. We can't thank them enough for their care. I would recommend them to anyone. Blessed Be 🌼
More like a 5 star hotel than an aged care place. The place is pristine very cleaned people were very accommodating and service that the staff gave to our mother-in-law was really lovely Well facilitated too.
