Got seen by the ENT department and they pushed me to get surgery and I never even seen my surgeon before my surgery. They did the ole switch a roo and had one doctor pose as my surgeon and then had a resident perform the surgery. I now have problems 8 months later with complications and I still havent got answers from the surgeon because the ENT department wont get me an appointment with my surgeon. So all this time has gone by and I just get follow ups with residents who have never touched my nose. This place is ran horribly. Been the the ER 3 times since and cant sleep for the past 8 months still yet to see the surgeon. They pushed for resident surgical hours rather than patient safety and health.

I was surgery case #384331 on 19 May 2025. I had hand surgery. I want to say Thank You to the Pre-Op, Surgical and PACU Teams!! It was best experience I’ve had at the Baltimore VA since my Military retirement… Great Job!!
Vision Center is the Worse!! - Very Unprofessional! (The Store) not the Clinic! - Unhelpful, I returned glasses two times cause I cant see properly from them, they told me basically its my fault!
If I could give them no starts i would. Horrible customer service, providers and employees don't do their job and are not competent. Had to get blood drawn numerous of times due to someone not doing their job, called and asked about community referrals after they blamed it on the someone else when really the referral was never put in, provider doesn't follow up with patients and it's just overall ghetto.
I started using the Baltimore VA about 8 months ago for my primary care and audiology. I have used a number of other services in the hospital through referrals. All I have had are positive experiences. I use the VA app or website to chat with my PC. Always get timely responses. Really happy with my experience here. Easy to get to. Parking garage under the center.
