I moved to Balfour Longmont shortly after it was built ant opened for occupants. I have never regretted that decision. This is an attractive, clean, well managed place, and I've met wonderful friends here. The activities in the independent living space are inviting and promote engagement and good health. My husband was also well served by the Memory Care staff in that attached facility. It was convenient and satisfying for us to have our different physical requirements met n the same place.

I absolutely recommend Balfour. They have taken incredible care of my grandma and when my grandpa passed, they were there to help at our moment in need. I rest easy knowing that my grandma is Balfour and know she will be taken care of. The food is great too, for whenever I want to visit!
By far, the highest quality Assisted Living and Memory Care in Longmont, hands down. I visited them all and am 1000% happy with my choice to help my Mother move in to the Balfour. The staff are super high quality and all really CARE about community members and provide wonderful service. I can't say enough nice things about the Balfour and I recommend it to anyone who listens!
Don’t bring your family here. There was a relative I had here who literally had bruises on her arms and back from the bed sores she was not treated for here. I also learned shortly thereafter that she was left with a soaked bed in her own urine and feces because the staff in memory care didn’t bother checking up on her. This place is HORIRIBLE !!!!
5 Stars all the way!! I can't say enough good things about Balfour in Longmont. I've worked in a hospital setting for a long time and I know how difficult it can be to provide loving care to this unique population. Balfour, at every turn, went above and beyond for our family member. She lived there for 2 1/2 years, spending the last year in memory care. All of the staff, top to bottom, are loving and kind. The clinical care is top notch. And at the end, the nurses became family to all of us. Balfour is a community, residents have friends and some even bring their dogs. It's a vibrant community and a gorgeous facility. You can't go wrong.
