The whole staff is completely professional and caring. My mother was a resident for almost 5 months and never complained about the level of care. She stated that the staff always treated her good. The staff stated to me that she was sweet and that they enjoyed taking care of her.

My parents are so awesomely cared for. The staff members working at this facility all seem to be on board with making their stay a positive one. There are always activities going on to partake in. The staff members, no matter what area they work in, are all very social with residents. The administrator of this center rates a easy 10. She is unbelievable. How does she do it? A special thank you to the Baldwin Care Center. A+++
Having to move my mother to a nursing home was an emotionally difficult thing for me. It is something no one really wants to do. The staff at Baldwin Care Center was and still is, amazing. They did everything they could to make the transition as pleasant as possible. The Center is brand new and beautiful. All of the rooms are private, decorated with lovely, soft colors and nice furniture. The private bathrooms are beautifully tiled and functional. And they encouraged us to bring any of Mom's personal furniture and pictures that she would want and helped us to make her large room feel like her home. I live in another state, but I talk with my mother several times a week and just returned from a visit. I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff at the Care Center. The standard is set by the administrator. She expects nothing less than professional but loving care for their residents. Everywhere I looked there were smiles and hugs. The residents are given the kind of individual care and attention you would provide for your own loved ones, if you were able. My mother is very content in her new home. She stays as active as she chooses to be, with a creative activity schedule. Her favorite thing is breakfast! It is served on an individual basis during a 2 hour time period. There is always a special offered, as well as a full menu to choose from. To have our mother in the hands of this Care Center has been a real blessing to our family. It gives us peace of mind to know she is being cared for by this "Care" Center.
It is always hard to find a new home for your loved one with health issues or disabilities.BCC is very caring,comforting,loving and professional to say the least.Ive worked here for 7yrs of my 30yrs as CNA and can truely say your loved one will be taken care of by the best!The food/kitchen,activities, PT and OT,social services,nursing,director of nursing,administrator and office personnel are always helpful.we are always excited to get to know our new residents! ❤
