The people at your facility are very competent and professional. I always felt well taken care of. I was really not impressed with the facility. It clearly has been neglected for a long time. It did not feel very clean and clearly needs serious renovating and deep down scrubbing. Your cleaning people don't have much to work with. My only other comment is that the meals you serve not at all appetizing or pleasant o eat. Michael Boyce

My experience at Bainbridge Island Health and Rehab was a great experience. The staff was great, positive and very courteous. True professionals. I would recommend them to anybody looking for care and rehab!!
The minute you walk into this facility you can just feel the true warmth of the staff! They are so kind, responsive and caring to not only my mom but the other residents as well! We love Bainbridge Island Health and Rehab!
As the only rehab center and skilled nursing facility on the island, Bainbridge Health and Rehab works hard to maintain their five star quality care. Patients are always well cared for, the facility clean, and the staff excellent!
My wife was at BI Health and Rehab for 75 days recovering from a fractured disc and found the care to be wonderful. The staff at BI Health and Rehab, from the food servers and room cleaners to the Director of Nursing and Executive Director, was well trained, extraordinarily polite and caring, and dedicated to the safety and comfort of the patients/residents. Most importantly, the culture appears to be 100% patients/residents focused, with staff such as the nurses, CNAs, aides and cleaning staff all treating patients/residents with dignity as patients cope with needing help with bodily functions, etc. that they can no longer do themselves. All in all, I can’t recommend BI Health and Rehab highly enough.
