I've been at Bailey Park now for over 6 years and I love it! Any negative reviews you see are old ones from our past management company; our new Towne Properties management has made a BIG and very positive difference in this community. They are very responsive to needs, friendly but respectful, and very knowledgeable; in short, the staff here is wonderful! The apartments are clean and comfortable, well designed and equipped; and we have the BEST neighbors anywhere! Really a nice community to be part of! I really like having an attached garage. Come see Bailey Park! Nice place to live!!

Hello, just wanted to tell you about living at Bailey Park for the last year. Started off rough with Hi-management here, it was awful with Andre and Ricky. Both of them never did anything and lied about everything! But Towne Properties took over in September and Amy & Tracy have been wonderful. I took the time to meet with them in person and show them some paperwork and then it started. They made right what Hi Management did wrong for many months! I greatly appreciate Amy, the property manager with Tracy being her boss. They have made changes here for the better and are renovating some of the duplexes. Can't wait to see it! If you need a good property management team, then look no further! These duplexes are quiet, not alot of traffic here, most neighbors are nice and weekly activities here. So stop in and see Amy about moving here, you will definitely love it!
I moved into Bailey Park last November. Staff is friendly and always ready to help and assist; the maintenance crew is great and very responsive. I highly recommend Bailey Park!!!
Under new management in the last 6 months and it was a HUGE change. They are very attentive to maintenance requests (with in 2 hours) they are upgrading each unit. Quiet lovely neighborhood! Highly recommend
Lived there for a little over a year. No drawers in the bathroom vanities, trash bins overflowing, Mitchel St is a cut through street for locals and especially postal carriers (Post office is 2 blocks away) and they speed up and down the street all day, took over 9 days to get the a/c fixed in the middle of summer. Walls were full of nail holes and the unit was in desperate need of a paint job. Carpet was worn out. Very difficult to get part time management on the phone. HI management company is horrible. Not good at snow/ice removal. If you contact HI management company they will bounce you from one employee to another in hopes to wear you out. Etc…. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. Check out my reviews on other companies, I am not a complainer by nature but this place really deserves it. Much better places in the Brownsburg area to choose from. Only reason I gave them a 2 is because of location, but most everything in Brownsburg is a good location. Good luck.
