At this point I would like to express my greatest praise and my warmest thanks to the entire staff, including the facility management. I would particularly like to emphasize the competence and friendliness that I and my family encountered in all matters. With a lot of dedication and professionalism, the nursing staff managed to offer my father a quality of life in his last days after weeks of hospital stays with serious illnesses. They made it possible for him to experience some of the joy of life. We were very impressed by the loving and respectful care of my parents as well as the commitment of the entire team. It was clearly noticeable that the staff work together excellently and support each other. The team gives the impression of harmonious and respectful interaction. My parents felt they were in good hands and well looked after. It is remarkable how much humanity, friendliness and appreciation are actually lived in this house. I would like to thank the entire team for the wonderful work they do every day and for the warmth they gave my father in his last days.
