We were very satisfied with the care, nurturing, care and the entire nursing team on the 2nd floor for our father. Thank you very much!
I don't even want to talk about what I saw and experienced there when visiting my father. In the lounge, some people were sitting and looking thoughtlessly. The TV was unplugged. If my visit had been registered, the father had been clean. Unannounced, I don't want to have to explain it at all. That was shocking. I was there for dinner. Bread impossible, don't want to say much about it. I would only have eaten this myself if I was in need. Father was at the front of the old building. In summer, the sun shines into the room. Unbearable heat in the 3 bed room. No oxygen and air. Ultimately, the father died in bed during the great heat wave in the summer. My wife helped a lady in the yard who had fallen off a bench get back up. A nurse stood right next to her and smoked without helping the woman to her feet. This is unbelievable to me. How ignorant do you treat people? There is no human dignity there. I can only judge the house, I don't know any other house. I now wish I never have to experience something like that. In this sense !
Today there were alpacas in Haus Mainblick. A great idea and a nice change for the seniors.
My experience was a very warm welcome from the staff and extensive, competent information.
